Tamarind falls is located in the black river district. This district is to the south west of Mauritius. There are many falls in Mauritius, out of which tamarind fall is one of the best. This place is very difficult to reach, as the way is very messy. But worth the efforts. The hike to the place is in downward direction. At time when the area is to marshy you go deep down. This makes you feel dirty. When you reach down the mountain, at the bottom a small pool is formed. You can take bath there. At the bottom you will see seven falls. This seven fall is the true beauty of tamarind falls. Seven falls is surrounded by Green Mountain from all the sides. Its beauty can only be experienced. It can't be explained in words.
